Urgent Appeal for Controllers
 
 YFW Blood Bikes are urgently looking to recruit new controllers. If you have good organisational skills, a friendly phone manner and some free time we would love to hear from you.
 
 You would be taking calls from the hospitals and assigning volunteer riders to the jobs via our WhatsApp Tasking groups. Full training would be given, and help is available during your shift whenever you need it.
 
 YFW Blood Bikes offers a vital emergency service free of charge to the NHS transporting blood, drugs and pathology samples between hospitals and laboratories. We cover Yeovil District Hospital, Dorset County Hospital and 24 Community Hospitals in South Somerset and Dorset. However, you don’t have to live in this area to be a Controller as all communication is by phone and WhatsApp.
